The Digital Marketing manager is responsible for supporting in the elaboration of the agreed digital marketing strategies for Piramal. The manager is responsible for the execution of the same strategies across Digital Mediums and online communication plans in accordance with the approved corporate marketing objectives. .Key accountabilities
Social Media Strategy
Campaign strategy for Projects and Events Presence Management:
Build and manage Content Calendar
Content Scheduling across Social channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, YouTube)
Social Visuals updation
Social Response Creation
Profiles and channel sanity and quality check
Track Special mentions, follows, influencer connect etc. on a real-time basis
Audit & reporting of the social channels for any untoward comments, enquiries etc.
Pseudo Profile Management
Social Bios update
Competitive and Market Intelligence
New Channels research
New Creative Social / Campaign Ideas
Manage social communication
Digital Campaign management
Flexible timings, ability to work under pressure and deliver in short timelines
Supporting of the on ground events team if and when required

The Digital Marketing Manager works internally with (consisting off but not limited to) Piramal IT, Development, Projects, CRM & Customer Care, and externally with contractors, clients, sponsors, suppliers, PR & media agencies.

Desired qualification & skill set
Bachelors Degree in business discipline/ industry.
2 – 6 years of Digital/ Social Media Management
Should have leadership & motivation skills, strategic thinking, budgeting and project management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent English language skills required.
Strong knowledge of digital analytic tools and insights e.g. Social Media Tools, Radian6, Google Analytics etc.
High level of creative thinking the ability to think outside the box
Strong knowledge and passion for all things digital
Must be a people person and socially driven
Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.
Should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
